Today our portfolio is made up of Signature Expeditions – small group fixed departure journeys and Private Expeditions where we curate exclusive journeys tailored around a client. We are obsessive about curating just the right journey for the right people because there’s no substitute for great chemistry. Plus, we’re allergic to the usual boring and mundane travel formats. As an Expedition Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics and delivery of each expedition under the Nomadic Road portfolio. You will be the face for the brand for potential clients who are contemplating to join the trip by responding to their queries and build a pipeline to ensure the occupancy rate of each expedition is 100%. And for the planning and execution of the expedition, you will hand-hold all the clients to understand their personal preference and liaise with in-destination service providers and partners, content creators and internal stakeholders to ensure each expedition is delivered to the highest standards. While successfully running the full delivery of all the trips within the portfolio. you will also manage costs and ensure optimisation.
This is a brand new role within our team structure and an exciting opportunity for a person who has demonstrable expertise in designing, planning, and coordinating our expeditions, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless travel experience. You are expected to implement new ideas that surprise and delight our clients. This role requires you to be super creative, strategic and analytical with passion for travel, and the ability to handle logistics in remote locations.
